Change when doing a mouse over (hover over) images?

I just noticed that when you hover over an image with your mouse, you only get a pop up of  the Image ID and caption (plus download button etc).    Didn't there also used to be the image that popped up as well?

It's been like that for me for a long time. Now you only get the image if you have it set for the small thumbnails and then the mouse-over gives you something bigger.

Thanks Paulette.  I guess I haven't been paying attention to whether the pop ups were gone.    The images seem smaller than usual to me lately (when not in thumbnail view) as well.
