I would like to see sales numbers in Your Images under My Alamy to reflect refunds. In other words, if a sale is refunded due to customer or Alamy error, then remove it from sales stats since the sale didn't happen. Thanks for your consideration. That no longer seems to be the case, but a sale refunded still counts as a sale even if the refund itself doesn't. Edit: No, refunds do still seem to count as sales. Shame - on two counts. In the case in point, it seems Alamy accidentally double charged a sale and to me that is not a sale nor should it show in sales column.... but it does.
