geogphotos Posted April 15, 2020 Share Posted April 15, 2020 I am getting this error message when I try to download my data: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at ASP.myupload_metadatadownloadhandler_aspx.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) Any ideas? I don't think they will. They are not replying to my email or doing anything about the batch of images that I have stuck in QC for 20 + days. Allan I got a reply the same day (Tuesday 21st) to my email with a spreadsheet of my data attached, and the download worked the same day as I checked whether it would or not.
