Bryan
I've used Tineye to search for photos used on websites for many moons, but, today, I'm getting a Bad Merchant error message when I click on a link to an Alamy photo. It doesn't happen with Sh ush, you know who's photos. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Tineye, it made no difference. Have Alamy not paid the bill, or am I at fault, or what? Inchiquin
There appear to be some problems with the Alamy website at the moment. Maybe that's causing a hiccup when Tineye tries to access. Alan

Bryan
Found a work around. Copy the address from the Tineye find and post into Alamy, deleting the bits at the beginning and end of the address. Bit long winded but does the job. Hopefully this will be fixed. Bryan
Further problem today. I am seeing "Whoops, we are sorry. There seems to be a connection problem between us. Please try again." When searching for some Alamy credited images.

It is much better, but I find that the Tineye is occasionally returning "Sorry, this image is not available on Database" after correctly identifying an Alamy image. This is occurring when the label of the find is if the form "image-details-popup.asp"
