FoxTree gfx
Hi Everyone, Just joined on the weekend and am excited about getting my images out there. Just curious about the Rights Free and Rights Managed options when uploading images. Could someone give me a quick guide as to what they mean to my photo rights?? Just a bit confused. Cheers, Darren

Steve F
Hi Darren, There's lots of threads on the forum about this topic, like: https://discussion.alamy.com/topic/10911-rights-managed-or-royalty-free/ I think from what I can gather, Alamy offers a lot of hybrid type licenses to clients these days. So it may not matter so much which option you select. I personally do RM. Steve

Cheers Darren Darren, Nearly all of my pictures are RM. As Steve says and experience proves Alamy are willing to tailor a licence to the customers needs. My POV is if the customer feels they are only paying for what they need they are more likely to put their hands in their pocket. James
