SFL
Hi I need to give a quote for an image for the cover of A5 PDF version of newsletter online for the duration of 1 year (UK). I tried to use the calculator (as a starting point). From drop-down lists, is it correct I choose 'Editorial website' and then 'worldwide' as it is online although the print version is only for UK? Any advice will be appreciated. I have prices that I quote for newsletter/magazine covers for prints but never quoted online version before. spacecadet
You are really quoting for two different licences. So you can run each separately. By the looks of it an online licence is rather less than print. So maybe start at 1.5x the print figure?

I sold several cover images to magazines before, so I have no problem with quoting for print run. Just I never quoted for online PDF, hence, I asked the question. Do you mean 'start at 0.5x'?
