Probably like many of you, I will surf for pictures of certain keywords to see how much competition my photo has out there.

 

A few times I have come across pics where there are no keywords.  I know if I don't fill in any keywords I can't submit the photo, so is there a way to hide your keywords so others cannot see what words you have used?

Don't think so, but Alamy do state that togs found to be pilfering others keywords will be given a stiff talking to...

Only the essential keywords are visible

Not so!  Downloading images from the site appears to reveal all keywords (certainly more than the 50 character esskeys limit , anyhow)...I presumed that it was this to which Jill was referring and IMHO is something which Alamy should to attend to.
