Fitz
I recently downloaded my metadata spreadsheet. There are 15 images in the list that cannot be found when searching my image manager. I tried searching using both my image file name and the Alamy image reference, but no luck finding them. These are all images that would have been uploaded around 2006. None that I can tell failed QC (I see no known failed images in the spreadsheet anyway). One other odd thing, all of these images are marked as non-exclusive to Alamy, when a week ago I'd selected all images and confirmed their exclusivity. Any ideas? wiskerke
Have you deleted them? Could they have been deleted by Alamy? Maybe because of the content, like museum interiors; murals; unreleased material? Mine were either deleted by me; by Alamy; failed or in a failed batch when I checked them. wim
Thyrsis
Seen my earlier thread ‘Alamy gremlins’? Alamy are aware of a problem with metadata, in my case with duplicated filenames.
