Dave Nelson Posted May 23, 2018 Share Posted May 23, 2018 Looking for help on this issue: My image KPFF2T was both zoomed and licensed for $50 on 3 May 2018, then used on line on 7 May, 2018. But the license was then refunded on 10 May 2018. I sent an email to contributors@alamy.com on 17 May 2018, but have not received a response. Any suggestions on what I should do next? I always get an automated response then a detailed reply within the day. Maybe check your junk folder.
