tarsierspectral Posted April 3, 2018 Share Posted April 3, 2018 I sent 3 emails to contributors@alamy.com in the past few days and never got any confirmation emails that they got my messages and that someone will get back to me and never got any responses. Kat Posted April 3, 2018 Share Posted April 3, 2018 I had a query too over Easter and never received the usual acknowledgement email. I've just seen that they put a post on Twitter saying that because of the Easter holiday they have a backlog of queries and that they are working through it so it will take a bit longer to respond.
