There are no people in the images and no readable names in the images in question. Is a cenotaph copyright and only eligible for editorial only use. spacecadet Posted November 16, 2017 Share Posted November 16, 2017 No. Even if any IP rights in a 1920s cenotaph hadn't expired long ago, taking a photograph of a sculpture in a public place doesn't infringe its copyright. Inclusion of names isn't relevant but even if it troubled you ethically, most relatives will be long dead.
