Jill Morgan
There is no protection. The decision to use non-released images of either people or property is left in the hands of the buyer. They are taking the legal risk. Jill
Addict
Yup - my intention for such images is editorial non commercial such that i specified no releases and i have no control over sales
John Mitchell
I put "for editorial use only" in the description field of some images. Even so, I've occasionally had strictly editorial images used for marketing programs, etc. Rumour has it that there is an "editorial use only" button on its way, which might help matters somewhat. The pros and cons of using this new button were discussed extensively in another thread.
