Do you have photos of the leaves?

 

Without that it's going to be a tad difficult methinks . . .

This is the leaf that relates to the flower (all i have) - the images were taken in Lisbon, howver it might not be endemic as the gardens have a collection of plants from across the world. I did take a photo of its Latin name on a tag  - turns out to belong to a palm of some sort and defo not this flower!!! tx

Agree with John . . . I'd suggest the leaf is a strong indicator of it being Senecio tamoides . . . but don't know about the red one :-)
