Bill Ragosta
I was trying to submit a small batch of photos today and noticed that I had accidentally copied a few of them and that there were redundant images in the batch. I was trying to figure out how to delete those few images but something happened and I lost the whole webpage. I went back in and "re-submitted" the same images, less the redundant ones and figured that I was good to go, easy-peasy. Well, when I went to "track submissions" to make sure that they had gone through, I noticed that both groups had gone through. Now, assuming that they both pass QC, I guess it's no big deal and I'll just delete the first set of images when that occurs but is there a way to delete the whole submission before it gets there? Michael Ventura
Bill, I have done that too before. I accidentally doubled up a submission and Member Services said there is no way to cancel a submission and just wait until they pass (or not) and then delete the duplicates before adding keywords etc... Bill Ragosta
OK, thanks Michael. That's what I figured but I didn't want to create more work for anyone and I don't want the first batch to fail QC because someone saw duplicates there. Martin P Wilson
You should delete the duplicates in Manage Images before you do anything else (Don't set the keywords/attributes etc) and then they will be deleted immediately. If you make a mistake and keyword, they get "ready"status they will sit there for 6 months
