I think that misuse is besides the point. The point is should PU sales be refunded.

As no one is going to go to the customers house to see if they have a print above the fireplace, a PU sale should be a no refund sale assuming the quality of the image is up to scratch.

I have recently had two 'PU' sales that were first zoomed - by a registered buyer - and then sold as PU, with the sale linked to the zoom. 

One was a statue of Sir John Sloane, architect of the Bank of England, and the other was of the facade of the Cambridge Theatre in London.

I find that suspicious to say the least.
