As no one is going to go to the customers house to see if they have a print above the fireplace, a PU sale should be a no refund sale assuming the quality of the image is up to scratch. Phil Robinson Posted June 9, 2018 Share Posted June 9, 2018 I have recently had two 'PU' sales that were first zoomed - by a registered buyer - and then sold as PU, with the sale linked to the zoom. One was a statue of Sir John Sloane, architect of the Bank of England, and the other was of the facade of the Cambridge Theatre in London. I find that suspicious to say the least.
