Question

Greetings everyone,

I was wondering how the Alamy video upload works. How to sell videos on Alamy? Recently I shot a rare 360-lens angle with a full rainbow spectrum color palette Aurora Borealis, a 3-hour shoot in 17 sec long 360 timelapse animation, which thought looked great for educational and commercial use.

Has Alamy discontinued 360 VR video sales? if not, Can timelapse video sales be affected in any way if selling 360 VR stills from a timelapse individually?

They also have partnered with Deposit Photo to offer many of their videos on Alamy.

At least twice in the most recent 2-3 years Alamy has stated in these forums that they planned to open video submissions to their contributors.  So far only crickets.

IMO - they likely decided they didn't want to be bothered doing QC on contributor submitted video footage.
