I changed my account settings to Paypal and entered my Paypal account email address, but I got a message from finance saying my account id was missing. They keep mentioning my bank. Am I doing something wrong?
"You’ve made sales on Alamy and we’ve tried to pay you, but unfortunately the payment has been returned to us by your bank for the following reason:
Paypal ID not mentioned
Please check with your bank to make sure you have the correct details, and then update them in your account."
