Ed Rooney Posted March 30, 2023 Share Posted March 30, 2023 No, I'm not in a dark corner. It's a problem that has developed on my Sony 10-18 zoom that I use on a Sony a6000 FE body. When I set the zoom at 14mm or wider, the lower left corner goes black. ??? I've had this lens for about 10 years and it's been very useful. Now this. Any thoughts? But I took the hood off and bingo -- no dark corner. Then I put the hood back on and there was/is still no dark corner! My guess is the hood came a bit loose in my shoulder bag. Yes, I'm embarrassed but I'm more pleased. If you come to Liverpool I would like to take you for a slap-up lunch with drinks. Thank you so much.
