Alamy Image Manager

Hi

 

Can anyone please advise?

 

I cannot for some reason see any of my photos either for sale of awaiting QC on my Apple IPhone when I go into my Alamy Image Manger.

 

But I can see everything OK on my Apple Mac

 

any ideas why this is so?

AIM is not set up to work on small screens properly.

AIM requires a minimum screen resolution. Works fine on an iPad, but not an iPhone. It’s not the best of implementations.

This frustrates me as well when I'm away from the computer. Its not particularly hard to implement, I guess A just think the screen is too small to warrant it?

i don't have an iphone to try it, but perhaps the chrome browser for iphone (and the "desktop site" setting) would also do the same?

 

edit:  on Safari, try clicking on the "aA" icon in the address bar and select "request desktop website" to see if it works.

 

 

yeah I've tried that, doesnt work for me on either browser.
