I've found some pics published on media online but the don´t appear on sales

Hi there!

 

Those days I'm getting a little bit confused on Alamy...

 

I´ve seen three of my pics published on media (oldest one in OCT 21) but they don't appear on my sales history.

 

Did this happen to you? 

 

They are published including my name and Alamy's

You have to allow 3 months for these uses to be reported. So it’s too soon to ask about the ones from February and March but you should contact Alamy about the first one.

under the contract if you suspect Infringement you have to "Inform Alamy Promptly", so checking with Alamy if they have a download for the other 2 may be warranted if you suspect Infringement, if they do you can just then let normal process go

 

note el Pais is a regular client so i wouldn't suspect the,
