Buyers' warning for Personal Use sales

Can Alamy PLEASE add a warning in very large letters for people about to buy an image for personal use that it is the license to the image they are buying and not the drugs / beer / Ferrari or whatever it is in the picture?
For example "BEFORE YOU AGREE TO BUY, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR USE OF THIS IMAGE, NOT THE OBJECT IN THE PICTURE. WE CANNOT OFFER A REFUND TO CUSTOMERS WHO MAKE THIS STUPID MISTAKE" (You might want to leave out the word 'stupid')

I agree on the warning itself, but consumer and b2b law here and in the EU probably doesn't allow denial of a refund for something ordered online.

There must be a way round that - I'm sure if you download a music track from Amazon, you can't go back and ask for a refund because it wasn't the one you were thinking of (or can you??)

"Cancelling a digital download

Digital downloads are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods.

If you want to download something within 14 days of buying it, you will have to give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period.

If you don’t give your consent, the 14-day cooling-off period still applies, but you won’t be able to download your digital content until this period has ended.

This is to prevent you from changing your mind after you have downloaded the content."

Possibly, but Alamy's terms have always been more generous than the law requires. They've often said so. Hence refunds to publishers for cancelled projects, in line with industry practice.

Alamy presumably considers that the loss of goodwill over refusing refunds where a customer makes a mistake isn't worth it.
