John Mitchell
Does anyone know what this plant might be? I called it "hardy" because it seems to be blooming (sort of) in winter. Thanks in advance.
0 John Richmond
That one's Skimmia japonica 'Rubella', John. It's a male form so doesn't produce berries. I've got a plant in my garden.

Interesting plant, especially the intricate structure of the cranberry- coloured berries (I guess I shouldn't refer to them as blooms or flowers).
