Looks like a church or small fortress at the top probably whitewashed now, and a walled road or channel either side of the small harbour. Must be a road on the right with street lamps leading down to the harbour. Salt pans could be involved in the background and with that more narrow channel on the left ( but does have gaps in the wall) but can't place this in any context with Salinas de Janubio.
