How to handle a newsworthy image already on site?

Not sure how to contact re this. I know there is a newsworthy upload process, but this one has been on the site for years. 

 

Just sold a cruise ship image on the site. Don't know if it's related, but the one below has been selling like crazy on another site due to the measles quarantine in the news today. 

 

Don't know of there is a way to push it to the top. I have modified the keywords, but other than that, didn't know how to handle. I never registered for the news side of the house.
