In normal circumstances it seems that contributors@alamy.com can fix this, they did it for Mark in the previous post and also for another contributor recently. They didn't say what was causing it though and at the moment they are not working normally. The problem seems to be something to do with your data at their end rather than down to which browser you might be using, it certainly doesn't affect everyone but it seems it can appear for no obvious reason. geogphotos Posted April 15, 2020 Share Posted April 15, 2020 I can't get the download to work. I've just noticed a large number of images incorrectly marked as Non-Exclusive when they are Exclusive so want to get this sorted out ASAP. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
