I subscribe to another service, but it is expensive (thousands per year) and not brilliant. For photographers. I know that in the past it has been mentioned in the forum that Alamy give out news event calendars to particular Live News contributors who have proven their worth (in terms of content, quality and consistency). I recall that one well-known contributor here said that (s)he did not use that facility, however. Most likely because their capabilities and contacts negated the need for this.
