Obviously, this looks like a commercial sale to me but the images are neither model nor property released. Has anyone else encountered this? fotoDogue Posted December 13, 2016 Share Posted December 13, 2016 I haven't noticed any licenses for consumer goods yet, but there does seem to be an increase in the use of non-released photos licensed for advertising and other commercial use. I would think releases would be necessary for t-shirts but maybe I'm mistaken. If you don't want your photos to be used in this way it may be better to place restrictions against non editorial use. 12.13 U$D hardly seems worth the potential headaches.
