Phil Crean Posted August 19, 2015 Share Posted August 19, 2015 A few weeks ago someone in Guimar, Tenerife, was fined for calling the Policia Local a bunch of skivers, on Facebook, under this same law. It's a move back to Franco era restrictions at a time when there is also a big move to remove traces of Francos name and references from public streets, strange contradiction It's a law that's likely to be repealed once the Eurocrats in Brussels get to grips with it as it clearly infringes freedom of speech legislation.
