I've had it take as long as Saturday morning on occasion so I hope it's not a fail - it would be my first ever so I'm hoping it doesn't happen. I would give it a month or two....I notice a drop in sales every once in a while then give it a bit for the stats to catch up (and they do). Not sure why that is.
