People in public spaces

Question

Hi everyone! I have a question about the presence of people in public spaces. For example, if I have photos of an event, can I send them even if I haven't asked for a release? How does it work in these cases? Thank you all

p.s. for concerts, depends on your viewpoint and if there is permission for commercial photography:

 

And how aggressive concert/event promoters are at enforcement of such rights.  I've seen plenty of images where restrictions exist thay seem to stay in distribution

That's why (long time ago) promoters discovered/developed 'press pass' for people with cameras to cover events. Pretty common in the UK.
