Can I get a payment via Payoneer?

PayPal just make a bomb on an individual account in my country (individual account can not receive money), so I have to find another solution. Can I get a payment via Payoneer?

I just opened a Skrill account for this reason. 

 

I was going to look at bank deposits but was worried about transfer costs as I only make a pittance anyway. 

 

Its a terrible decision by PayPal TH, can't even easily sell stuff by eBay now (owners of PayPal) if you are in Thailand.

Hi. The Payoneer service has the ability to specify a virtual current account in dollars, euros or pounds. To the payer, this will look like a bank account. So this can be used to receive payments.
