Vitor from Portugal
Everything have a brand, people, a design, a company that built something, a gardener that make some changes on urban spaces. Can we only take pictures on the wilderness "if not a protected area"? Why is Alamy asking pictures with smiling people if we can't take it safely? To pay a model and get the release, we will never get it back with the 0.10$ commission...
MizBrown
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Photographs_of_identifiable_people This is only what Wikimedia considers fair use, but there are links to national laws from that page. You can get signed releases from people who aren't professional models, or mark it editorial only. Alamy's idea is that we will use family and friends as models, and how we compensate them is on us. It's possible to get releases in various languages.
