Web uploads

Are there any others having problems with web uploads to Alamy?

 

I have tried three times now and the first image is always rejected and each image was a different one to the others.

NOTE:- Between the last successful upload and these last three I have upgraded the OS to Catalina and wonder if that may be the problem but I think it must be at Alamy end as upgrades of OS did not affect web uploads in the past.

I have Catalina version 10.15.7 on my mac have not had any upload problems.

I had this problem repeatedly last month. I recently got a new router and the problem seems to have resolved itself. Are you having any trouble with internet speed? I think that was my issue--photos were uploading too slowly and they would eventually be rejected with an error message.

The slow upload could have been a contributing as they were very slow but my internet speed is normally satisfactory. That is why I think Alamy was experiencing upload overload, or it could have been much reduced bandwidth due to so many using the web at that time.
