Michael Ventura Posted December 14, 2020 Share Posted December 14, 2020 Nice piece. There are so many outstanding women photographers out there. I am very happy to see that. When I got started in the 1970s, there were just a handful well known female photographers and when I was assisting other photographers, in the DC area, there were almost no female assistants. Thankfully that has all changed. I have a young woman who works with me on many shoots and with the work I do, with the regional magazines, it seems about even with men and women photographers who shoot for these same publications.
