haze
Hi Reading various posts people talk about how many zooms they have had in a month and the CTR for their images. Can somebody tell me what a zoom is and where I can find the zoom and CTR statistics in my account? Thanks in advance.
Inchiquin
A zoom is when an Alamy customer (see below) clicks on a thumbnail in the search results to go to the main description page for that image. You can see this information on your contributor dashboard by expanding the Alamy Measures section in the lower half of the page and then clicking on Your Images. An Alamy customer in this context is defined as a regular purchaser. In other words, if a passer-by or occasional visitor (or indeed you yourself) clicks on an image it doesn't register as a zoom.
