Upload errors?

Hi everyone, I'm just new here but having a lot of trouble uploading images. My first 3 images were passed by QC very quickly, but since then I have only managed to upload 4 images after many attempts. Am I doing something wrong? I've tried both Chrome and Safari, and disabled addblocker on chrome. The message is simply "upload error" in red below the image.

Also....I can see my portfolio page but can't seem to find anywhere to edit the details - is this something I have to earn first?

Make sure the image is .jpg and the resolution is at the minimum required level.  Double check against the Alamy instructions regarding image size etc.

Hi Trish, I've only ever had upload problems when my internet connection is really poor. How's your internet?

 

Your pictures aren't on sale yet. It takes 24 hours to update, but maybe you haven't worked out how to get to AIM. Go to My Account and then Alamy Image Manger. Select an image. When you've filled out the fields you need to, the bar at the top on the right hand side will change to 'on sale'.
