How long does it take for a sale to show up in reports?

I periodically do an image search to see what has sold through Alamy. A couple times now, I've found images that were purchased through Alamy, but have not shown up in my sales report. Previously I had one that was a year old and had never shown up. Today I found an image used in The Guardian a month ago, and nothing on the sales report? Is this normal? I hope not.

Newspaper sales up to three months. If hasn't turned by then, you should notify Alamy.

The Guardian sometimes quicker - my last took about two months before turned up as a sale.
