How is "covered" used

I have some images that have been listed in the "What to shoot" feature, and some more yet to process and upload. 

 

Is the tick box for "Covered" for my benefit or some other use - please can someone explain if I should wait until all the images are uploaded before I tick the box, or just tick it for my own benefit?

"Covered" alerts the Alamy team that you have posted or will post photos that match the description.  To be completely useful, add the search term to your photo's keywords.   It's no guarantee of a sale since others may be doing the same.

I've never noticed a "covered" tick box.  Can you post a screen shot? 

 

I wonder if I have been missing something.

Go to the "What should I shoot" feature and it's on the right of the listing of the item under "I've covered this pic need."

Huh.  I never clicked on "what should I shoot" because I thought it just went to a FAQ about what images work well for stock.

 

ooo... I'll try "download all picture needs"...

 

Oh dear.  It's a spreadsheet.
