When I keyword an image I put a jpeg beside the RAW to keep on my HDs.. On that jpeg filename I add AL.  So...BAL2000-AL

That way I know it has been uploaded to Alamy. When I was uploading to a now defunct nature agency, I might have BAL2000-AL-SF

This let me know I’d uploaded that particular image to both agencies.
