insert other media, insert image from URL

I just can't find on how to insert Alamy image link on to this forum so that image is visible instead of 10 mile long link. 

 

Lower right of this message I have options for - Insert other media - insert existing attachment - Insert image from URL.

 

under Insert existing attachment I see message - You do not have existing attachments. 

 

Insert image from URL?? What URL??? it won't work and only gives me red light
