"Sorry, we didn't receive any image"

Hello,

 

Normally by clicking on a tumbnail, a window is opened displaying the image data (size, price,...) and a larger image is displayed.

In my case, the opened window displays the image data (size, price,...) but the larger image is only a grey frame with the sentence "Sorry, we didn't receive any image", while these images passed the QC test and have the status ready.

 

Anyone already got this problem ? any idea to solve it ?

Just email member services and tell the the image id or the media ref id from the batch (you can get this from the track submissions page). I had this and they regenerated the entire batch and it was fixed.
