M.Chapman
Just saw this on DPReview.com - Pixel Peeper. It reveals the settings used in LR to produce a jpeg using EXIF data in the jpeg. It seems to work. I hadn't realised that the LR settings used to produce a jpg were stored in the file itself. You can of course, therefore, simply browse through the EXIF data to find them. This tool might prove helpful when trying to remember (or discover) how an image was produced and for spotting errors in workflow? I didn't try it on TIFFs or PSDs.
