Monradus
When you have a parent giving his/her permission to sell an image of his/her child, is it the parents or the childs picture that needs to appear on the model release form. Thank you Monradus
Nick Jenkins
Is the picture you may wish to put up of the child or the parent?

Thank you Monradus The child is the model ∴ it's the child's picture which should go on the form. The parent/guardian/carer signs for permission purposes only. Nick Jenkins
That was waht I was hinting at!! It is the photo of what/who is being photographed NOT the person giving permission - unless he/she IS the subject of the photo of course.
