divindunk Posted January 19, 2017 Share Posted January 19, 2017 Hi I made my first submission of three photos last night and they have been rejected because of Noise and Softness which I guess is because it is of a waterfall with a large spray cloud. My problem is that the email I received said click here to resubmit now, however the link takes me to page which says my account is frozen and a note saying upload in 9 days. Is this normal do I have to wait 9 days to resubmit or am I doing something wrong? Any guidance would be appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Alamy Posted January 20, 2017 Share Posted January 20, 2017 You may have missed it, but there was an additional failure reason that was assigned: "Digital camera not suitable for Alamy" - meaning the camera you took these images on will not produce images of sufficient quality.
