Bryan
Normally the only credit appearing against a photo in the database is that in the copyright section, the pseudonym of the photographer. However, for some images there is additionally a Contributor field, and, what's more, that field appears to be searchable when looking for keywords. This is unlike the pseudo, which requires an Advanced Search. I suspect, but don't know, that the contributor field is only available to agencies, who wish to show both the agency name and that of the photographer? Bryan
Thanks for the clarification Philippe. I stumbled onto the searchable name thing while looking for a photo of an individual who also happened to be contributor to Alamy, didn't think to do the obvious and check the keywords!
