Phil Crean Posted March 6, 2015 Author Share Posted March 6, 2015 On first sight, it looks like Dicranoweisia cirrata. / Common Pincushion which is a very common moss species found on trees. Of course, a 100% sure determination is just impossible without close-up shots.
