I think you just take photographs you're happy with and never mind anyone else. I get that a lot of people would like to make money out of their photography. Quite a natural thing to want. I would treat it as a side hustle and just having some fun wondering around with a camera on occasion. Based on numbers as seen here for example, it's hardly a living but more a way of bolstering other funds I would guess.
