However, you should still expect to receive your funds within 9 working days from the 1st December. If you have not received your payment by the 14th December, and you are expecting a payment this month, then please get in touch with our contributor relations team to follow up contributors@alamy.com We are very sorry for the delay in initiating the payments this month and any inconvenience caused.
