I was demoted to the silver commission rate from 1st July this year. But in the year 1st July 2022 to 1st July 2023 when I was on the gold level, I generated some $790 from sales. So I can't understand why I've been demoted to silver.
It may have something to do with a refund of $377 in the above period from a sale in the previous period of 2021 to 2022, but the figures still don't make sense to me.
Seven days ago I raised this issue with Alamy and so far I haven't even received an acknowledgement of my message. I used the email address contributors@alamy.com. Is there another address I should use to get a response from them?
