Vectors FTP

Even though I upload vector files with FTP they DO NOT appear in the dashboard to complete the sending, does anyone have the same problem? thank you all for your attention.

Our IT team are aware of the current technical issue with uploading vectors via FTP and hope this will be resolved as soon as possible.
